  • You are welcome to arrange food directly with our neighbours.

  • Yes, if you’re hosting a party you may provide your own food and drinks. You may not sell alcohol in the studio.

  • Yes you can. We host events throughout the week and can arrange for you to pop in as we are setting up or packing down. Email us to confirm.

  • Once you pay for your hire, we give you access to a key safe. You open and lock by yourself.

  • It is the hirers responsibility to leave the studio as found. Rubbish must be taken away and floors cleaned appropriately.

  • Yes you can. Please be aware that the dimensions of the room are:
    L - 11.9m
    W - 9m
    H - 3.2m

  • Not if - if you’re hosting a private party, a talk, a class or workshop of some kind, a dance where attendees are taking part (such as a swing social, ceilidh, or Zumba), live music. As our curfew for events is 11pm, and since you will not be selling alcohol, a TEN licence is not likely to be required for most events, but you can learn more here.

  • Yes. We do not hire the space after 11pm. For late events there may be a late lock up fee.

  • Bookings are non-refundable with less than one month’s notice.

    There is a 24-hour cooling off period after making a booking. Within this time, full refunds will be given.

  • We’ve have 50 folding chairs. Plus benches and flight cases to sit a further 20.

    We have 6 round bistro tables (seating 4) tables and 6 standard trestle tables (seating 8).

    You’re also welcome to bring your own chairs and tables.

  • There is no kitchen. There are communal building toilets right next door.
